This crash course is designed to give you the information you need to prepare for childbirth and taking care of your new baby. This class is for busy parents who are short on time, but still want to learn valuable and crucial information before baby arrives. Part 1 of the class will include detailed discussions about pregnancy, signs of labor & when to call the doctor, birth options, stages of labor and delivery, pain management and breathing techniques, C-sections, and what to expect postpartum. Part 2 of the course, teaches basic newborn care (bathing, umbilical cord care, diapering), SIDS prevention, infection control & sleep habits. With this one class you will be equipped with the knowledge you need to prepare for delivery and bringing home baby! This class is recommended for couples to attend together.
